On August 1, 2003, the practicing license of Victoria Morris Registration No. 11488 was revoked due to failure to meet the conditions for reinstatement.
On January 4, 2002, the Disciplinary Panel of the Discipline Committee found Victoria Morris Registration No. 11488 (the “Respondent”) in breach of Sections 21 (2)(a) and (2)(b) of the Registered Nurses Act. The practicing license of the Respondent will be suspended for 3 months for the offense of dishonesty and 18 months for the offense of incompetence, the suspensions to run concurrently commencing January 16, 2002. In addition, the Panel imposed conditions to be met before the Respondent’s practicing license can be reinstated. The license will be reinstated after the suspension period providing the conditions imposed by the Panel have been met.
