If you’re worried about a nurse’s care or behaviour, you can submit a complaint to the College. The form asks for details about the incident, the nurse involved, your contact information, and any supporting documents.

Discipline Hearings

T​he​ ​Complaints Authorization Committee ​​​investigates complaints that have been made against nurses. If they find there are valid reasons to believe a nurse may have acted improperly, the​y can ​​refer the​ complaint ​to a hearing
