Submitting a Complaint
If you have concerns about a nurse’s care or conduct, you can file a complaint with the College.
The College handles complaints according to the Nurse’s Act. To make a complaint, fill out the online complaint form.
Required Information
To complete the complaint form you’ll need to share:
- Name of the nurse the complaint is about
- Reason for the complaint
- Details about the event or incident that led to this allegation:
- dates and times
- names of everyone involved
- location(s) of the event
- Your contact information
- Supporting documentation
