Discipline Hearings
The Complaints Authorization Committee investigates complaints that have been made against nurses. If they find there are valid reasons to believe a nurse may have acted improperly, they can refer the complaint to a hearing.
This referral does not mean the nurse is guilty of any wrongdoing.
