Requirements for RNs, LPNs, NPs, and RPNs

Presently, there is no jurisprudence requirement for licensure. However, the College strongly encourages all applicants and registrants to review the free Jurisprudence modules available through the continuing nursing education portal, where the following topics are covered:

  • Jurisprudence: The legislation and regulations governing the practice of licensed practical nursing in NL: LPN
  • Jurisprudence: The legislation and regulations governing the practice of licensed practical nursing in NL: RN
