On March 18, 2010, the practicing license of Sybil Maynard, Registration No. 13136 (the “Respondent”) was suspended in accordance with the Order of the Professional Conduct Review Panel of the ARNNL. The Respondent’s license will remain suspended until the conditions of the Order are met.
On October 16, 2009, the practicing license of Sybil Maynard, Registration No. 13136 was reinstated with conditions.
On April 22, 2008, Sybil Maynard, Registration No. 13136 (the “Respondent”) was found in breach of Sections 21 (2)(b) and (2)(d) of the Registered Nurses Act. The Panel who oversaw the hearing ordered the suspension of the Respondent’s registration pending completion of conditions.
