On December 2, 2019, the practicing license of Loretta Pollard Registrant No. 15513, was suspended by CRNNL Council pending a hearing of the Adjudication Tribunal of the Disciplinary Panel.
On October 29, 2019, the CRNNL Council restricted the license of Loretta Pollard, Registrant No. 15513 pending a decision of an Adjudication Tribunal of the Disciplinary Panel. The Registrant’s license is restricted such that the Registrant’s continued employment is subject to: (i) the Registrant securing the cooperation of her employer to validate, that the Registrant checks in, in person not by telephone, with the clinical nursing manager/site administrative designate who has oversight for Surgical Services or the unit the Registrant is assigned to work at Curtis Memorial Hospital, Labrador Grenfell Health, on each shift she is assigned to work, including all on-call shift(s) that she is called into work, and prior to commencing any patient care or her assigned duties, (ii) the Registrant providing CRNNL with documentation from her employer of each check in on a weekly basis and at the request of the Director of Professional Conduct Review; the Registrant is restricted to work with her current employer only, Curtis Memorial Hospital, Labrador Grenfell Health.
