The Adjudication Tribunal accepted a Joint Submission on Sanction requiring the Respondent to successfully complete remedial education including coursework; prepare a self-reflective paper and consult with the College’s Nursing Consultant Policy and Practice.

The Respondent shall bear all costs associated with the requirements of the Adjudication Tribunal’s Order and shall be responsible to partially pay the College’s costs of the hearing in the amount of $1,125.00.
