On April 8, 2009, Chastity Buglar, Registration No. 19482 (the “Respondent”) was found in breach of Section 18(c)(ii) of the Registered Nurses Act, 2008. The Adjudication Tribunal who oversaw the hearing ordered the Respondent to surrender any current license in her profession to the Council and further directed Council to strike the Respondent’s name from the Register. Chastity Buglar no longer holds a license to practice as a registered nurse with ARNNL.
