On March 11, 2010, Judith Watton, Registration No. 9265 (the “Respondent”), was found in breach of Section 18 (c)(i) and (ii) of the Registered Nurses Act. The Adjudication Tribunal ordered that the Respondent shall not be eligible to have her license to practice nursing reinstated until she has successfully completed a Re-Entry to Practice Nursing Program and post RN-BN Health Assessment, Pathophysiology and Pharmacology courses from an accredited Canadian School of Nursing or other post-secondary education institution. Official course transcripts must be submitted to the ARNNL Director of Regulatory Services before the Respondent’s license is considered for reinstatement. The Adjudication Tribunal ordered that the Respondent pay a portion of the costs incurred by the ARNNL in the investigation and hearing of the complaint.
