On May 3, 2001, Marilyn Walsh, Registration No. 12059 (the “Respondent”) agreed she was in breach of Sections 21 (2)(b) and (2)(d) of the Registered Nurses Act. The Disciplinary Panel accepted a joint submission by the ARNNL and the Respondent on discipline and penalty. The practicing license of the Respondent is suspended indefinitely with conditions effective May 3, 2001. The license will be reinstated when the conditions have been met.
