On October 13, 2022 CRNNL Council required that all conditions and restrictions as required by the College of Nurses of Ontario Discipline Committee, dated June 3, 2019, be applied to the Registrant’s licence in Newfoundland & Labrador and that the conditions and restrictions be published on the College’s website.

Ne Haas Licence Conditions
- The member shall not practice nursing in obstetrics until she has successfully completed at her own expense, with a minimum passing grade of 65%, a nursing course with clinical or laboratory or other practical components that has received prior approval from the Director regarding: obstetrics. The member must provide the Director with proof of enrolment and successful completion of the courses with a minimum passing grade of 65%.

- All documents delivered by the member to the College or the employer(s) will be delivered by verifiable method, the proof of which the member will retain.
