On October 18, 2006, Terrance Harvey, Registration No. 14507 (the “Respondent”) was found to be in breach of Sections 21(2)(a), (2)(c) and (2)(d) of the Registered Nurses Act. The Panel who oversaw the hearing ordered that the registration of the Respondent be revoked effective immediately.
