On August 1, 2005, Pamela Angel, Registration No. 6969 (the “Respondent”) was found to be in breach of Sections 21(2)(b) and (2)(d) of the Registered Nurses Act. The Panel who oversaw the hearing ordered that the Respondent shall not be eligible for a practicing license until she has completed a nursing re-entry program.
