On April 27, 2012, Katherine Richards, Registration No. 14077 (the “Respondent”), was found guilty of conduct deserving of sanction pursuant to the Registered Nurses Act, in particular, Section 18(c)(i), (ii), (iii), (iv) and (v). The Adjudication Tribunal ordered that the Respondent’s license remain suspended until such time that she can demonstrate to an Adjudication Tribunal that she can safely return to nursing practice.
